Customer service is a joke

I am writing this review because of the extremely poor customer service I have received from Regal Assets. I sold some bitcoin and invested in some silver to hold in their vault. When I purchased the silver I was told it would take 9 weeks for the transaction to go through. It's now almost 15 weeks and no silver. I was assigned a person name Leah Donoso to research this. She has never once called me. She hides behind email which she ignores and on the rare occasion when she does respond saying she'll call me, she never does. I call the main number asking to talk to a manager. No one is ever available and no one ever calls me back. All their advertising about how important customer service is is a joke.
