I have previously order a music CD from this company and never had any issues with them. I lost the CD and went to replace it using their website. They managed to take my money and then never follow through with delivering the CD. I never dreamed that they wouldn't come through by delivering the CD or at the least refunding my money. When I first emailed them about it they apologized and said that I would receive the CD and I received nothing. Every attempt at contacting them since, I have received no response. I feel like they are avoiding me and there is no reason for that. I don't think $20 will break either of us but it is the principle of the thing. If they had any business integrity they would produce the CD, refund my money, and at the bare minimum at least stay in contact with me so that I know what is happening. I have waited almost a year at this point and they will not communicate with me at all, refund my money, or produce the CD. I guess things are not so Red Hot if they feel the need to rip off their customers.
On Saturday 01-28-11 I finally received the CD in the mail. This company does care and made it right with me. Every company at one time or another can have problems but what really counts is how they handle them and treat their customers. Thank you Red Hot Productions!
