I have had so many problems with this company. They promise me a laptop computer with my account, and I never received it. After many phone calls, I finally found out that the individual that signed us up doesn't work for them any longer.
To make a long, and incredibly bad situation worse, they agreed to cancel my contract, only to find out it didn't matter what they did or didn't do because once they have you signed on the contract, they don't have anything to do with your equipment leasing or merchant card service. Those are administered by two different company's, Northern Leasing, and Pivotal.
Please, take the advice of three people. Stay the hell away from Radius. They are bad news!!!!
