We had very poor customer service with this company. We signed a contract with them after many phone calls and answers before we signed until we thought everything was addressed.
After signing we were charged for two different accounts, the web site made had nothing to do with our business, we were charged more then double of what they said we would be charged per transaction. The free terminal turned into a 3 year lease with Northern Leasing Systems which they say we can not get out of.
We have been unhappy with this company from the time we got the machine that did not work until we cancelled our account which still left us fighting with Northern Leasing Systems. Paying a monthly charge for a machine we can not use or get out of the lease.
