Bad gold inlay turned black

My gold inlay for tooth #18 has turned black after 3 months. It is not gold. I have been cheated. I paid top dollar. Furthermore, I am worried about possible toxic metal exposure, (Cadmium, lead, aluminum, nickel, etc). I must now have it removed and tested at a metallurgical lab. Plus, it all must be redone. Someone is skimping on the gold and substituting non-FDA approved metal alloys. Very unhappy !!!
