Quality Only Co. original sales rep Steve Rivera has been hard to contact. We were finally able to get his contact number for those of you who have been trying to contact him for your products or service issue. His contact number that I received from the 18004carico customer service line is (949) 310-8518. I don't yet know how my situation is going to turn out, but at least this is a beginning. It has been a very difficult ordeal, if any, I would just a full refund for this horrible experience.
