I was taking care of my friends apartment a couple of weeks ago when I invite a mutal friend of ours over, after her visit, I noticed that their was a wet stain in the carpet near where he was sitting, I also noticed her beer bottle was laying on the floor as well. After putting two and two together I came to conclusion that this was her beer on my friends white carpet.
I had about two days to have the living room done before my friend came back from his business trip and I was in the middle of a stress attack with this. I contact many companies for a Saturday appointment. I won't say any of the names I called before calling Quality but I found that their customer service made me feel like I was being thrown around with an insane minimum price for going out to my friends apartment .
I finally called Quality and was quoted $68 to have my living room, they informed me that if I was interested they could also do the room and hallway, I wasn't planning on having it done (the carpet was brand new) but I ended up having the areas done. The stain was gone and the carpet was cleaned.
My friend came home and didn't notice and I didnt have to deal with a neat freak who treats his apartment like a temple. If I actually had carpet in my own apartment I would give these guys a call again.
