Todd Bidler is one of those guys you will like the instant you meet.
He is friendly, courteous, professional, an excellent listener, efficient, and conscientious.
The mortgage business is very difficult due to the constant changes and competition.
It is hard to know who to trust. I heard the radio ad for Purpose Funding on my favorite Christian radio station, KFSH. I was shopping my refi loan around. Todd was very upfront, honest, and I felt he was a man of integrity. In contrast I could see a stark difference with other mortgage officers.
