We just finished refinancing with Purpose Funding. TJ Jensen was our mortgage advisor and loan officer. We had a great experience working with her. It actually was very refreshing. She worked hard at getting us the rate we wanted and got us one even better. We had to take money out and wanted to keep our payments the same. To our surprise, she got us a lower payment and still got the money we needed even in this volatile market. TJ knows her stuff and we leaned on her expertise all the way. No hiccups, no snags. Everything was clear out in the open and paperwork moved right along. If we had questions, we simply asked her and we got answers. It couldn't have been better than that. Thanks so much TJ.
