We rcently refinanced our home with purpose funding and our payments went down 200.00 a month.Now we are going to continue making the same payments as before, and pay our house off early. Our experience with purpose funding was great. Our phone calls were returned right away and all of our questions were answered clearly. Their morgatge broker,Jay, was polite and knowledgable but not pushy. He made himself available 24/7. He was honest and upfront about everything.My husband and I would definately recommend this company.
