This dealership has a bunch of irresponsible, arrogant and incompetent bunch working there who are not able to stand behind what they are in business for. In order for one thing to get resolved you have to tall to the janitor to the finance manager and all the rest in between. Even the person you have just spoken to must have amnesia an you have to repeat yourself. No communication between dept to dept. I am so sorry, I bought my car from there 3 years ago. The one time I need to contact in regards to my extended warranty, what I have paid for, I am having to jump through hoops.
