Service Department Review: Great service department: friendly and honest staff. I called the Puente Hills Mitsubishi Service Department to know about major service when my car was only about 29,000miles. I was told that it is up to me if I want to do a major service now or later; as long as it does not exceed 35,000-36,000 miles. They have given me some options – now or later – unlike other service departments of other dealers.

General Review: The car was nice and great. My first car. Watch out for fees that are inserted without the buyer's knowledge (every if not some dealerships does this). Another thing is they lost the original license plate number. During the buying process, I asked them where are the license plates and was told that it will be delivered via USPS. I have waited for it to be delivered at my home but nothing was delivered. Finally called them and was told that they don't have it. They seem not to be interested in recovering the original plates. I ended up getting new licensed plate and number at the DMV at my own cost. Have tried to get their signature on the letter that they lost the license plates and would re-imburse me for the cost of the new license plates/number. They refused to sign it instead verbally informed they would re-imburse the cost. I did not bother anymore for the re-imbursement. It would only be a waste of my time to talk to them again based only on their verbal response in my letter.
