Provident funding charges for one-time, on-line payments ($15.00) However, if the payment is sent US mail it takes up to 3 weeks to process, in return they charge late fees and it will also mark your account as a late payment. It is my opinion that they hold payments, only go to their drop box once a month or have a very slow finance department.
