I don't recommend using this company

I had Protective Shutter Systems come to my house as a general service call to repair a strap that broke. When the service man came he informed me that he charges $150. per hour which should have been told to me on the phone when I set up the appointment. He was on the phone with his family the entire time he was here working, I followed him and heard his entire conversation so it was not work related. My bill was $391 to fix the strap and add new straps which he claimed I needed and to oil the shutters. I felt this was much too high considering he was paying attention to his conversation, not the job. I don't have a large home so the job could have been done in much shorter a time. He did the work May 4 2013. When I went to unstrap the shutters Oct. 8 most of them broke off. These were the new ones he said he replaced. When I spoke to the company they denied that he was talking to his family and that his conversation was work related. I doubt his conversation with first his brother, then his father was work related. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone.
