If I could give this company zero stars I would. The equipment is faulty and the customer service staff does not really help. The way my home is set up I have to have my door sensors on the security doors and they get cold and do not work sometime. I initially told Protect America about it but they said it would be ok, now they do not do anything about the issue. But you do get what you pay for, I would have been better off going with Brinks, ADT, hell even APEX. Just do your homework and beware of these clowns. They also really pressure you to buy initially do not do that either take your time, they are just a bunch of bullies.
