First they charged me an advanced fee of $2000 on 2/9/2010 after it was deemed illegal in October 2009. After three months and my bank still had received nothing showing that Ken Polk had ever submitted anything on my behalf I requested proof of work performed. I was promised by Ken Polk and John DelaGarza that I would receive proof and that a chase negotiator would contact me. This never happened. It takes weeks to even get a response from these people. I finally had enough and requested a refund to John DelaGarza and he informed me that all they would return was $60. I doubt I will even see that much. Are they registered with the Department of Real Estate to request an advance fee? Agreement signed on 2/8/2010 and cancelled on 6/4/2010.
Resolution Sought
Provide any proof or documentation that they actually did something for us! Who did they speak to on our behalf with the mortgage company, what was accomplished if anything within this 3 month period of negotiation? Provide an itemized invoice of costs. if this cannot be provided and checked for accuracy, would like a full refund of advance fee in the amount of $2000.00. Provide documentation of cashed advance fee. Provide copy of business license!
