My loan was a difficult one to complete due to the timing of the Wuhan virus it took over 1 year to fund. During this time Brent stuck with me even though I became very aggravated with the process at times which Prime Choice or Brent had no control over. Also, my new interest rate had expired several times over the course of the process but Brent went to bat for me and kept my new rate intact.
