Working with Julie Woodhouse was a very good experience. She was very responsive and was timely in answering all of our questions. Julie absolutely helped us through the process. I do have to say, it was a bit trying to complete the refinance process as we started in the beginning of February but did not complete and close the loan until about the second week of April...difficulty with the "Docu-Sign" system. Brian Vuong was our initial contact and did the processing our initial application. I think he tried to help push our application along as best as he could.
