I want to give a huge thank you to Steven and Julie for all their efforts with helping us to refi our house. I was actually about to close a refinance with another company but received a letter with what seemed to be a better deal and reached out to Steven. From our first conversation, I knew he was who I needed to work with and stopped the current refi and started over with Steven. Though the process took some time due to a high volume of refi's, he kept me in the loop and fought tooth and nail to keep me with the same rate. Julie swooped in at the end and processed the refi and got us to the finish line. She was so kind but relentless to the current company who owned my home as they kept dragging their feet in providing us with the right paper work to complete the refi. I recommended Steven to a friend who then told his brother; and they were both equally impressed. Steven helped them refinance their houses as well.
