They "lost" my nightstand. It was oak, part of a set. Offered me $30.00 to replace it. They wrecked my Dyson vacuum and offered me $88.00 to replace it. Many, many items were broken. Boxes were broken and split open. Many boxes had dirt and grass and little stones in them (like the pitcher for my blender, which was wrapped and in the middle of a box. It had about 1/4 cup of this dirt/grass/rock mixture in it). They "lost" my entire set of silverware and offered nothing for it. Told me a check was in process for these losses. That was weeks ago. Emails to them come back as "undeliverable." Calls never returned. I am writing on every social site I can today and contacting the BBB and CA Attorney General as well.
