Five Nissans and Counting
|
My Nissan purchases began in 1989, with a Maxima that held up wonderfully for 13 years. From that point forward I have only owned Nissans, including a Maxima, Quest, Murano, Versa and now an Altima. I have patronized South Bay Power Nissan since 2000. I have never felt pressured when purchasing a new vehicle and have enjoyed superb results from their service department.
With owning a large retail store in the South Bay for 20 years, my wife and I are very familiar with the importance of happy customers. Thank goodness we were not in the auto industry, for Power Nissan would present tough competition.
There is no question that our buying experience was enhanced by the Sales Manager, Charlie Frank. The face of any car dealership is the salesperson that assisted you and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We met Charlie when purchasing our 2000 Quest and continued to seek his help and guidance ever since.
Charlie makes his customers feel special, for it was through our friends, who shared the same experience that we asked for Charlie in the first place. I know this comment sounds corny, especially directed towards a car salesperson, but we really do feel as though Charlie is a friend.
The fact that the service department is just as considerate, attentive to both detail and your needs, has made South Bay Power Nissan a one stop shop, which has save us money, time and energy.
Even though we have moved out of the South Bay, we continue to utilize this dealership’s service department and look forward to purchasing our next car.
