This is THE most dishonest, rip-off company you will ever run across. Read all of the reviews and take it to heart it is all true.
They prey on your ignorance and laugh and smirk when you complain.
Find a local electricain and they will do the same job for 25% of Powell's quote.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM TO CHANGE A LIGHT BULB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
