I needed two telephone/VOIP/RJ45 lines installed. Powell sent a technician who was courteous and knowledgeable. When he came into the house, he put on plastic booties to protect the carpet, which my wife really appreciated.
The technician was careful not to disturb any existing lines and finished the job quickly and accurately. It worked the first time.
I asked him to look at a track light in the dining room which had not been working for a while. He was able to fix the problem very quickly.
I would recommend their services to anyone.
