I'm in charge of customer satisfaction at the Plumbing Experts. I read your review and want to apologize for you not having a good experience with us. You wrote that your toilets are still running ... was the repair no good?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and warranty all of our work. If its not working I'd be happy to send someone out, either the same technician or a different one if you aren't comfortable with the original technician.
We offer a variety of coupons on our website. There's no reason for a technician to be upset about a coupon. Whether you use a coupon or not has no effect on their or anyone's compensation at the company.
I strive to have all of our customers have a great experience. Your experience is the exception, not the rule. Please contact me and let me know how we can fix this.
