The company represents itself as being very reputable and helpful. They have you sign a contract right up front and give them a check however. But they do say that it won't be cashed until work has begun. You have 4 days to cancel the contract. They will also try to help you get a line of credit on your house to take care of the remodeling on your house. Sounds great, right? They were NOT able to help me with a line of credit on my PAID off house. But I am ok with that. I rather pay cash. I like that my house is paid off and it makes me uncomfortable to change that dynamic. I cancelled the contract in a day and a half. They cashed my check for $972.00. I have been going round and round with them trying to get my check reimbursed. Have you heard this one? "The check is in the mail."? I am NOT kidding! My dad committed suicide on Jan. 18, 2011. I am under alot of stress having to move into the same house and clear the bills on two residences until I can get moved. NOW I have to consider bringing these guys to court on top of everything else. Don't get suckered like I did. I believed they actually wanted to help me, not themselves. I was wrong. You don't have to be.
FYI: their interior paint quote for a 1100 sq ft house was $6400. I had wallpaper removal in 3 rooms, no holes, no furniture to move or carpet to worry about since it was being replaced.
Granite counter tops in a small kitchen was $3400. I was better with that quote then the paint.

We apologize for Ms. Danya's experience with the company. It is standard business practice for contractors to sign a Home Improvement Contract and procure a deposit check. We do offer lines of credit through various financing companies, this does not mean however that everyone qualifies, we do try our very best. If the deposit check is cashed, we refund the client within 10 business days of receiving notice of cancellation, which is explained to the customer, and yes, the check was most likely in the mail.
