I have known Phyllis for sometime and every time I have needed her expertise, she has gone beyond my expectations. She found my Burbank house then my Pasadena Condo. She is the most thorough person I know. She breaks everything down so that you understand everything clearly, and she looks out for you. It is as if your best friend is also your agent. I highly recommend her, she is Fabulous!
