I’ve never had any problems with Phone Power. They send you an email with your plan listed on it when you sign up so I don’t know how one of the previous posters could state they put her on a different one. You would have the proof in your inbox. I haven’t had to wait over a few minutes for tech support or billing as Terry S states he did, but granted it could have been a busy time. One of the support reps told me they are adding more people so sounds like that would help if someone was calling at a busy time like perhaps he was. They were very helpful in assisting me getting the set up the way I wanted it. I’ve got my parents on this service as well. No complaints from any of us.
