Absolutely no customer service

On 5/2/2012 my Power Phone VoIP phone would receive calls, but the voice was so distorted that you could not have a conversation. Using my cell phone I attempted to call the customer service number ALL DAY and NEVER managed to get through, either getting busy signals or a message that all circuits were busy. I am still not able to get their webpage to open as well. I have ordered a Verizon Home Connect phone so that I can get rid of the Phone Power VoIP... I would not recommend them to anyone!
