Had the service for a little over a year now and you really can’t beat it with anything else. Most recently I was impressed with how on top of things they were when my card was declined due to the one I had placed on file back when I ordered being deactivated due to unrelated fraudulent charges. Instead of letting my service get shut off they emailed me about the decline (which I didn’t get unfortunately since I hadn’t updated my email address in a while either) and when there was no response to the email they gave me a heads up call so that it didn’t get suspended. That would not have happened at my old company.
