They were on time and since we were cleaning my grandparent's apartment unit in senior housing, they were considerate enough to suggest using their portable cleaner instead of the big one connected to the van since it may cause other old folks to complain about the noise and maybe trip on the hose. Very friendly and affortable as well. Thanks you guys!
