Just for your information to update this file. I was checking for a company www.TrueBeauty.com. On their website they indicate that they have changed the company name from Obagisale to True Beauty, and still at the above address. Your file show additional phone number for Perfection Express 877-806-2244, which is the phone number for True Beauty, Chuan is still the president at True Beauty and the above Fountain Valley, CA address., and their prior web site was www.obagisale.com and now it is www.truebeauty.com, these 3 are all one in the same, but I can't find a BBB report for True Beauty which is what I was looking for.
And as soon as you establish it as a business on BBB then I will be filing a fraud complaint, well actually 11 of them for fraudulent charges against my debit card today and yesterday totaling $703.25 plus $50 X 11 for overdraft fees this cost me at my bank. I have never done business with True Beauty, Obagisale nor Perfection Express, I never ordered anything from them. And I will be filing complaints here and with the FBI Fraud Unit. When the debit hit my bank account, usually there is a contact phone # listed as well. Well, there wasn't one, just says to email customer service@truebeauty, I found phone number on their web site, but no one answers it. These are all true and factual events that I experienced in the past 2 days. There would have been more charges I'm sure, but I caught this last night and contacted my bank when they opened this morning, and TrueBeauty had already hit my bank 6 more times before bank opened to stop and cancel out my debit card.
