Placed an order online with the company on 8/20/2007, which was very painless. In reviewing my order I noticed that I had forgotten to upgrade the shipping. E-mailed the customer service link and promptly received a response about other shipping options. I responded and they upgrade shipping without any problem.
Per their web site, orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days from being received, I found out this is 1 to 2 days after the order is placed.
On 9/4/2007 I sent another e-mail to check the status as I wasn't able to track online. I received another quick response saying the product was on back order and was being shipped out Wednesday or Thursday-I was under the impression she meant the next Wednesday the 5th or Thursday the 6th.
Spoke with them again on the 14th and they agreed to cover my 2 day shipping costs due to the error and asked that I call back on the 17th to get the tracking info.
It is now 9/18/2007 and I was calling the customer service manager, at her request, to get my tracking number as she said it would ship out on the 17th. Spoke with her, she looked it up and commented "damn it, sorry, still hasn't shipped." I was then asked to call back on the 21st for a tracking number. Odd, given it is suppose to be shipped 2 day via Fed Ex and should be here before the 21st.
