I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Penske Honda in Ontario. When I first went there I had some trouble negotiating a "deal" and wound up leaving - not so happy. I sent an email to express my displeasure and almost immediately received a response. They made it very clear that they wanted me to be a satisfied customer and worked with me above and beyond what I've experienced at other dealerships. We made an agreement on the phone and I received an email with the details in writing. I spoke to my sales rep, Aurora, and told her we were ready to go. She made me her top priority and found exactly what I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership to take delivery, everything was ready and went very smooth. Bottomline, I would recommend this dealership and Aurora as well.
Oh, and by the way, I love the Civic as well - great car!
