I could not have been more pleased with the service I received at PTR and with my case manager Mr Valenzuela and Vanessa Jones. He, she and all the good people at PTR treated me with respect and concern, which was not at all the case one of the other large Tax Negotiating Company's that I originally hired then fired, because of their lack of concern and availability. Let's just say I was made a refugee and became less then "OPTIMISTIC" with their service. Mr Valenzuela took $101,000.00 of my original tax debt and penalties and turned it into ZERO dollars. I am forever indebted. You can't go wrong with PTR. Thank you so much.
