Don't do business with the company below, It is a nightmare experience

Started doing business with the company mentioned. I was promised a certain price from a sales person that sold me credit card machines and started a four account for my business. I was told that there will not be a minimum fee for having the account and I been dealing with them since July to receive refunds back on excessive charges. I started the compliant process with Jamie from customer service and then after about three weeks of no response from her, I spoke with Lilia another Rep. I been leaving messages for Lilia for the past four weeks and still no response. I am appalled that a company like this is still in business without taking care of their clients.
It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone or even get a call back. I been calling at least 20 to 30 times a weeks for the past four weeks and had no response from anyone.
