My water heater at my office broke and was leaking from under it. I called these guys to come check it out. They told me these water heaters usually break within 7 years and there is nothing you can do. They recommended getting a tankless which would last longer but it would cost me twice more due to having to bring a gas line. So I decided to stick with an electric one. They completed installation within 3 hours and did a good job. The service tech seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly.
