Do not deal with this company

This co. does not deserve even ONE star...Was called through Fidelity Warranty..To look at the leaking water heater, and guess what??? They said that it was leaking for a long time and it is not covered???? Fungus and mushrooms are around wooden base. Non of that was there, my husband checked it and the base was damp and wet yes because it was leaking the previous night. Anyway; Fidelity refused to honor the deal, and we had to pay over $550.00 to replace it. It is a shame rely..I was wondering Payless Water heaters are doing that to keep in business with Fidelity warranty.
I advise you not to do any business with them, who knows who wrote the previous positive review??? Ha
