Scam artists and crooks. Look out for Benjamin Cohen the ring leader and his Express Finance Co.that sets up loan payments. They have a nifty plan to take your money then repo your car later. They are only working under a DBA. The real company name is Best Quality Enterprises, Inc. the owners are David Gadoshian and Benjamin Cohen. Over shady characters associated with this pack of ruthless animals Robin Nemany and Ray Cohen. They do not deserve a rating they belong in purgatory until their Judgement Day. Corrupt, Fraudulent and collusion are great key words to describe how they assemble a business to sell a car, gouge and use predatory lending tactics, illegal transfer of state registration and smog certifications. I can back up every statement made hear. Pray for justice to be served. Guys like this cast a terrible odor on the communities they live and work with.
