I booked a trip with Pavlus on 5/28/10 and the agent promised me that when I returned from the trip, I would receive the $50 referral mailing to me because I referred another family members to join the trip. I returned from my trip on 8/19/10, wrote 2 e-mails to the agent and was told to wait. One month passed by, I wrote another e-mail to the company customer service and nobody from Pavlus has yet contacted me. It has been 6 weeks and I think this company made promise to a customer but failed to deliver it. This is bad because promise should not be made if the company couldn't honor its own words. Not to mention that the agent didn't take good care of me. Two weeks before the trip began on 7/24/10, no travel documents were sent to us and I had to remind her to do so. It sounds like once you made the payment, Pavlus left you alone in the dark so it is a poor quality company that give customers cheaper prices with no quality service.
