In their opinion i used their service to buy a truck for $116k in December 2020

I'd like to start saying that I randomly received their email, thinking it was a Spam mail... Then asked to be removed from their list.
They replied that they have my financial information and that I used their services to purchase a $116k truck with someone called Rodney.
Reality: I've never been in the US, I've never bought a truck, and I've never been in business with someone called Rodney.
So, what should I think? This is a Scam, or there are serious issues with the information in their systems. No matter what, this is definitively a company I wouldn't work with if data in their system is so inaccurate and unverified...
