My wife and I rented an apartment from Paragon Equities for three years. During that time, Paragon neglected to respond to our requests for repairs (ie - patching a 10" diameter hole in the wall under the bathroom sink) within a reasonable amount of time. Paragon left us with the perception that renters were not regarded as respected customers. I will never allow myself to do business with this organization again.
