Did not honor their refund policy, tried to ply me with CDs, software and other products I did not want in lieu of the refund. When I refused these, they called multiple times but never gave me the refund to which I was entitled. When I told them I refused
to do business with them, the representative was snotty on the phone and said "oh, so you don't want your refund" and then hung up. Cheats, liars and passive aggressive representatives.
