This company uses fraudulent practices to sell their products. They misrepresented to me that the Electrolux refrigerator was made in the U.S. When it arrived the label said it was made in Mexico. They also said they will take the product back if there is any problem. The frig makes a horrific noise when the compressor starts to run and it freezes everything in the crisper drawer and no one has been able to fix these problems. Pacific Sales refuses to take the product back even though their contract says there is 30 day return period. They keep referring me to the manufacturer who also refuses to take responsibility. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY-they are rated F (the lowest rating there is).
