The sales rep came out did his inspection review what it was going to be for the whole job he was very detailed I like the fact the company's been around awhile which is important when it comes to contractors gave me what I thought was a fair price
I decided to do the job
I'm not sure what people are complaining about but Contracting is a tough business and to be in business for as long as they have ( 18 years ) that was a big plus for me and great rating on bbb A+ 4.9 stars
