Our Torrance home has always been the eternal fixer upper opportunity, having many renovations done over the years, as it was in funky shape when we bought it way back in the 1970s'. After a harrowing experience with a budget construction outfit, in redoing the inside, we decided to pay more and hopefully get more with a more professional outfit, for the momentous task of replacing wood on the outside addition, fixing the stucco, and painting it.
Pacific Homeworks did it all, 190 ft of wood was replaced, stucco was repaired, and the preparation of the house and application of their cool wall product done with a well trained, and supervised at all times crew, in just 1 week! They guarantee their work, and customer satisfaction. While we paid a higher price, it was well worth it, to get a professional crew, on-sight managers, done in a timely manner, with a superior product, with the result of having it done right the first time. Our home is beautiful! I highly recommend this company.
