OMG.... The sales guy was at my house over 3 1/2 hours and wouldn't leave until I purchased Magic Windows. He started with a price for 4 windows at 7800, to 5500 to 4800 if I signed today! These people are CRAZY- STAY AWAY- The salesman would stay for dinner if I offered. These people will do anything for the business!
I go to find out my friend purchased Magic Windows two years ago from them. There very cool, BUT 3 out of 10 windows leak and 2 screens broke. Her screens are out of warranty AND PHR charges you a service charge to come out. Which took them over a month to respond. After she looked into replacement cost she had to go through Canada where Magic Windows are made.
She called out another window company and was advised that her windows were never retro- fitted; therefore, leaky windows are going to happen over time She replaced her 3 windows (AGAIN) for $1500. AND I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT! DON'T DO IT!!
