I'm a previous Sales Rep (not an employee) for this company. Some of the positive reviews that I've read I can tell are completely bogus and trying to give an impression that they are a good company. The sales tactics they teached us are nothing but misleading lies to the homeowners! They have supposedly been in business over 20 years but if you look at their license you will see that its only been active since 1999. They tell the homeowners that their Flex-On exterior coating system comes with a triple transferable lifetime warranty that is also backed by Texcote of America (the product manufacturer) and that if Pacific ever went out of business that the manufacturer would still honor the lifetime labor warranty which is completely false! If you are a potential client, please call Texcote and ask for yourself about the warranty and ask for yourself and they will tell you that they don't supply ANY labor warranty! And their supposed private label material called Flex-On is something that they pay for to try and make it seem like they are the only company in California that can use that material but Flex-On is the exact same product called Coolwall, which there is a few companies here in San Diego that carry that same product at a much cheaper price! Then the whole scam starts after 2 hours of being with the homeowner, they start you at a ridiculous retail price then all the BS discounts after that! They have a 10% first visit bonus and a rebate from the manufacturer, after they pass price after those discounts, they call one of the managers to tell them that the homeowner loves the product but they have to think about it or whatever the case may be...then comes all the other bogus discounts to try and get you to sign that same day or else they leave you with the retail price that is good for 18 months. This is the reason why they start with such a ridiculous retail price. Oh and they break it down between Flex-On, Coolwall or Classic and they ask the homeowner that if they can get you the price of the Classic for the Flex-On that they would definitely be on board but its a scam everyone, they don't use Classic! If after 3 hours you don't sign with them, a supposed district manager or supervisor calls and says they made a mistake and would like to send someone else to remeasure and give you a proper estimate at an even cheaper price to try and get you to sign up. This company is completely unethical and every product that they sell is completely over priced...hence why they start at $30000 and next thing you know they come back and try to sell for half that and even lower! Oh and the scam is that if you don't sign with Pacific, they have a sister company called HomeStar that they have to try and come in after the fact to earn your business! Homeowners please do your research and checkout all the reviews and call the manufacturer and ask them if they backup Pacific triple transferable lifetime labor warranty which they don't and ask them what the difference between Flex-On and Coolwall which is none because its the same product with the same ingredients. The product is a great product, I'm not saying that it is not but what they tell the homeowners about the warranties and discounts are completely bogus.
