For the purpose of competition with another company, these guys came out to my house at least 4 times, got me into a contract, collected $1000 check and charged my credit card for about half of the project cost (around $5000). A few days later, their manager called me and told me that they can not commit to my project and informed me that they are out of the contract.
So be careful with those guys. The contract you sign only bind you, not them!
I still have the original contract to prove what I said here!
