Thank you for letting me know about your experience. We do everything possible to make sure our customers have the best column experience possible. What is your order number? I will look into the issue.
Did you not receive an order confirmation for your order? On the order confirmation, we have a picture of a common carrier truck with clear instructions saying to not accept the order until it is fully inspected. Once that truck driver leaves, the order is considered delivered 100% perfectly unless noted otherwise.
Once an order is ready to ship, we also email you a picture of your exact order sitting on the dock waiting to be picked up. In this email, we also note that if something arrives damaged, you need to note it. Did you not receive this email also?
If you can provide me with your order number, we will do everything we can to help you fight this with the carrier.
