These guys showed up on time with a five man crew and put tarps throughout the house where they'd be walking. One guy in each bathroom, one at the main, one at the water heater and the foreman putting risers together out at the van. The boys knocked out the minimum amout of drywall for access to the pipes. All are employees of the company, a definite plus. Once holes were drilled for the risers and put in place a man went under the house to start sweating pipe. Once the new control valves were in place in the shower stalls two more men joined in the fun below. The guy at the water heater removed the unit by himself! Impressive. All the time I'm watching the more confident I am with the work quality. These guys were neat and clean and cleaned up as if was their own house. Start to finish the job took just 6 hours and I had water pressure like you wouldn't believe! The company pulled the necessary permits and scheduled the inspector to come out the very next day for inspection. Once approved Pacific Coast Copper Repipe was out the day after that for patching that took a mere 2 1/2 hours, patched to paint grade quality. Most impressive! Once again they scheduled an inspector for final. Follow up phone calls ensued making me feel very good about the company and their workmanship. A five star rating isn't good enough for this company and they should be kicked up a notch to a AA rating, at least!
